LaVerne joined the Mortgage One team in August 2021. She brings 17 years of mortgage experience
where she started in the Funding Department. Laverne has experience working as a mortgage
processor/closer then quickly worked her way up to the Underwriting Department.
Laverne resides in Redford, MI with her husband, Shawn, and two sons, Alvin and Shawn Jr. She also
has a daughter that resides in Knoxville, TN with her Husband and son (Laverne’s grandson). Laverne
enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.
