Candice joined MortgageOne in September 2019, bringing 15 years of mortgage processing experience. Candice came from a Non-QM lender and prior to that spent 8 years processing for the Private Mortgage Division of Wells Fargo where she processed jumbo loans for self-employed borrowers with complex income scenarios.

Candice has experience in conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, FHA and VA loans and is experienced in several States.

Candice lives in Escondido, California with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys outdoor hiking, road biking and spending quality time with her family.
