A California native, Merry has lived in San Diego for the last 15 years and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego. She currently serves as a Board of Trustees Member at the Museum of Photographic Arts and has volunteered for numerous local nonprofits.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with husband and their adorable daughter, cooking, and going for long walks with their dog.
