John holds an undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA with a focus in finance, building a strong foundation for a career in capital markets and mortgage banking. He began his professional journey at Freddie Mac and went on to hold roles at SunTrust, Citizens Bank, Capital One, Academy Mortgage, and Guild Mortgage. Across these organizations, he developed deep expertise in managing Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets departments, with a track record of leadership, strategic execution, and navigating complex market environments.

Outside of work, John is a devoted husband and father of seven, spending much of his time supporting his children’s many pursuits, including sports, academics, recreation, music, and church-related activities. He has a passion for the outdoors and stays active through mountain biking, running, skiing, and anything involving water—an ongoing personal goal is to jump into as many lakes as possible. Whether coaching, volunteering, or adventuring outdoors, he values staying engaged, active, and present with his family.
