Norma Murphy joined the management team at MortgageOne in 2021 as Head of Credit. She has extensive mortgage lending experience in similar positions including recruiting and managing large underwriting teams, managing of credit policy, managing national correspondent operations for both delegated and non-delegated platforms and broker operations. Norma has her DE designation and a CA MLO license. Norma lives in Poway with her husband and 2 dogs.
